| Dear Bully,
I am now 67 years old and I still remember your hurtful words, whispers and your snide looks at me with such disdain. When I was young no one thought that disrespecting another was of any importance. I am so glad to see that finally this subject is being addressed for what it is. You basically have been in my mind for all of these years and I still feel that I am worthless and that I am a person that no one could possibly like because I did not measure up to the standard you thought I should. Maybe someday I will be able to wipe the hurt that you caused from my mind and let go of it. I know that I am a good person but your words are forever burned in my mind. I only hope that you never had to suffer the hurt that you did to me. Signed, Anna |

| Dear Anna, You are worthy and measuring up to someone's standards in order to prove your worth is not required. You can wipe the hurt and remove it from controlling your mind. You can let go! Don't allow the words of someone else to stop you from being a good person. You matter and you're important! Your desire to not see the other person suffer is noble and shows a measure of forgiveness. Signed, Letters to a Bully Advocacy Team |
