You agree to release all copyrights and royalties in connection with the publishing of your submission both now and in the future. You agree that no such royalties will be paid to any of your successors or heirs and you give I Will Not Bully, Inc., Letters to a Bully, our affiliates, partners, and networks unlimited rights to publish your works in all forms of media. Your letter may or may not be published and we reserve the right to publish, refuse publishing, edit for grammatical perfection, delete portions to protect you and our readers as we deem necessary without notification. If you disagree with any condition of submission, please do not submit your letter. Thank you.
Photographs: If you provide us with a photograph for publishing, you grant us worldwide distribution, promotion, and publishing rights releasing all claims of copyright and royalties to you, your successors and heirs in connection with your image both now and in the future. You further agree to hold our organization and affiliates harmless in connection with the use of your image for any damages as a result of your submission and our publishing.
Arbitration: Additionally, you agree that arbitration shall be used in connection with any disputes that may rise from the use of your letter or image. If your image or identifying information is used and you're under the age of 18, your parents or legal guardian must sign a consent form prior to publishing. |
