Statistics estimate that over 100 million people are the victims of bullying but these numbers are greatly minimized given the fact that everyone has been the victim of bullying to some degree. Bullying is defined as behavior that includes but is not limited to threatening, intimidation, harassment, physical assaults, emotional abuse, undue exclusion, damaging one's property, verbal abuse, written insults, demeaning digital as well as photographic exposure, and cyber-bullying. Bullying is typically classified as repetitive in nature but may occur in a single incident. Bullying can result in violations of applicable state and federal laws. Have you been bullied?
